Before the actual process, we organise the Project Planning Session when we defining scope and setting up strategy for the process and standards. In this phase, if necessary, we also involve a strategy in the process, who approaches personally and helps to find the best and most effective solution for your company. Once working process and scope is documented, we provide an effort estimate, provisional deadline for delivery and signing the cooperation contract. When the Project Planning Session is done, the entire process is runned by the Project manager, who makes sure that the work goes according to plan. You are always in good hands and up to date during the process.
From this phase begins a iterations process until the project launch. In this phase we figuring out technical details and requirements functionality. The result will be architecture design, detailed UX/UI design and prototype. In order to achieve that, we engage a designer who come up with layouts, color schemes, images and other visual aspects. To ensure the highest quality of the result, the project can return to this phase during the process. An iterative approach allows us the flexibility to easily adapt to change and incorporate new ideas into the development plan. The goal is to create the best possible solution for the customer's requirements.
The development process starts with a detailed and phased work plan. Once a more detailed work plan is in place, we will prepare a new estimate to implement the project. The detailed work plan allows us to define the technical needs for all the necessary functionality, and the phased work plan also allows us to present the work earlier and to adjust the development based on the feedback received. If, during the course of the work, it becomes apparent that the development of a feature is taking longer than expected, we will let you know and agree on the next steps. During this phase, the technical details are documented in parallel with the development work.
Testing is one of the most important parts of the project process. According to the project, testing will be carried out after the initial completion of the development work. We will also involve a test team to carry out testing in different environments. Once the project has passed the in-team testing phase, the project is handed over to the contracting authority for testing. The aim of the testing phase is to detect problems and workarounds as early as possible and avoid costly rework later on.
The feedback from the testing phase is used to develop a new list of work items that need to be completed or adjusted. If necessary, the project will be referred back to the design phase for improvements.
Once the project has been approved by the client, we hand over the work to the client with the accompanying documentation, training and instructions and are ready to be a maintenance partner or implementer of additional enhancements to the project.
